If you want someone who will work hard and get things done then I recommend Jasper. I have been on a team with Jasper for most of this year and I have known him since about 6th grade and he has always worked hard. Because of this, I can confidently say that Jasper is a hard-working person who likes to and will get things done. He likes new challenges, if he finds something new he could learn to do then he will learn how to do it and keep practicing it. To sum it up, I think Jasper would make a great employee for your company.

Summary

Some attribute an employer would want in an employee are someone who does their work, doesn’t go off task, and someone who shows up. They would also want someone who can use creativity and critical thinking.

Experience

I have mowed my lawn, helped my dad build a deck, fireplace, and fence, moved our fireplace, and gone with my dad to help build a deck for someone else, and house chores.
